I went through the homebuying process two times before having Adrian as my agent. She is very knowledgeable in her area of profession and if the question is out of her area of expertise (real estate questions), she will help make sure you get your answer. The homebuying process can be stressful at times but Adrian will help you keep looking for your home and make sure you do not just settle. There were times I would look out side of my desired location(s) because I was ready to buy but Adrian reminded me of how the homebuying process can be and encouraged me to continue looking in my desired location(s). She helped me stay the course. I found a home in my desired location because of patience and having Adrian. She is very responsive and easy to reach. I asked to take a look at the home at 9am, in the next two minutes we were set to look at the home at 9:30am on the same day of me asking. Now if that is not fast working as an agent!
